CNC Milling Machine Programmer and setup
As a CNC Milling Machine Programmer, you will be responsible for pogramming and setting up CNC milling machines to manufacture complex and precise parts.
Job responsibilities
- Perform machining operations: milling
- Inspect the produced parts
- Mount and adjust cutting tools, position and secure the workpiece, and set machining parameters (speed, feed rate, traverse, lubrication, etc.)
- Determine the different machining phases and the adjustment values (tolerance, position, surface condition, etc.) of the workpiece and the tool
